Kovet Hospitality warrants its lounge seating frames to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of delivery. During the warranty period Kovet Hospitality will repair or replace at its option,  free of charge, products that are proven to be defective.This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident,alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse.Wood furniture is made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain characteristics and color among wood species are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of Kovet Hospitality nor considered defects included in this warranty. COM Textiles and COL Leathers are not warranted.For more information, please contact us for a complete set of our Terms and Conditions.
The production team decides which of our factories has the closest proximity to your project once your order is processed.  Kovet Hospitality owns or holds interests in factories located in Tijuana, Mexico, San Diego, CA, and Bogota, Colombia.

TB133 is a fire test for seating furniture for use in public buildings.Facilities including hospitals and health care facilities, day care centers, hotels and penal institutions may be included.Kovet Hospitality uses special materials, including barrier wrap and/or CMHR foam to comply with TB 133.

Kovet Hospitality must be consulted for pre-approval of fabric and leather to be used on orders requiring TB 133 compliance. The up-charge for TB 133construction is 20% for each chair and/or sofa.  Purchase orders requesting TB 133 certification involve a full-scale test, which means an actual piece of furniture must be burned before final regulatory approval can be made. This process requires a typical furniture piece identical to the unit being installed on the job site to be tested.

The client must supply the fabric to be tested.The charge for certification is $875NET test/per item. The charge includes the testing and the manufacturing of the sample for the test. Laboratory testing requires an additional 3-4 week lead-time to Kovet Hospitality standard lead times. Purchase orders cannot be placed in production until mock-up has passed TB 133.
