What Does Vertically Integrated Manufacturing Mean?

By keeping our manufacturing process vertically integrated, Kovet can assure the best quality products are being delivered to your client’s properties. Each piece we manufacture is handcrafted and unique.

Allowing for full flexibility in design with no minimum quantity required, our craftsmen start with raw materials received from US suppliers before they mill, cut, assemble, and sand each frame. Staining and finishing is completed in house with the use of Sherwin Williams stains. Upholsters review and cut templates for seating patterns before sending them to be sewn and foam inserts are blown locally to allow for flexibility in sit qualities. Artistic details, such as nail head trim and pattern matching of leather straps or cane, are applied by hand and pattern matching of fabrics is standard.
